Roperhurst have completed our most recent installation of a GRP salt saturator, polypropylene dust arrestor tank and associated ABS and polypropylene pipework into a large industrial site in South Wales.
Roperhurst provided a turnkey solution, which saw us arrange for the delivery to site, contract lift onto the slab, installation of ABS and polypropylene pipework, and trace heating and insulation of the pipework.
The client asked for a tank with a 40 tonne maximum salt capacity capable of discharging 3,500 litres per hour (1 tonne of PDV salt approximates to 3,150 litres of saturated brine).
