Roperhurst has been providing safety-critical plastic engineering solutions since 1976.
Working in partnership with both end users and contractors, Roperhurst has worked on a wide range of specialist plastic projects, including:
- Fabrication and installation of plastic ductwork to BESA’s DW154
- Design, fabrication and installation of fume scrubbers and odour control systems
- Design, fabrication and installation of chemical storage vessels and process tanks to BS EN 12573, DVS 2205 and BS4994 as required
- Installation of chemical pipework systems including dual containment
- Maintenance of safety-critical plastic systems including fume extract, tanks and pipework.
We work closely with BESA on the creation and maintenance of standards within the industry, including DW154 “Fabrication and Installation of Plastic Ductwork”, TR40 “A guide to good practice for local exhaust ventilation” and DW144 “Specification for Sheet Metal Ductwork”.
Based out of a 14000 sq ft manufacturing facility in South Wales, but with a global reach, our experienced teams have travelled to Australia, US, Czech Republic and Finland, and have supplied fabrications to sites in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Romania.
